Proposed Data Center Ordinance

This is a draft of the ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance concerning data centers. A public hearing for comment on the proposed ordinance is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14 at 10 a.m. in Conference Room B of the Montour County Administration Center, 435 East Front Street, Danville. A meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Montour County will follow the public hearing at 11 a.m., at which time the ordinance will be considered for adoption.
