County Offices Closed: The Montour County Offices will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

Administration Center Construction: The Montour County Administration Center will be undergoing construction. Visitors should be aware of potential construction hazards, including barricades, temporary floor coverings, ladders, tools, construction equipment, materials, and construction personnel. Please use caution at all times and follow posted signage when visiting the building.

Sheriff Sales

To begin the Sheriff Sale process, all items listed in the SALE PACKET must be submitted together as a packet. Also, all of the information on the DIRECTION SHEET must be completed and submitted as well. Missing or incorrect information may result in processing delays or the packet being rejected.
