Important Access Changes for the Montour County Administration Center: 📅 Tuesday, April 14, 2026 – Important Access Changes:

At the Montour County Administration Center, an HVAC upgrade will require a crane on-site.

🚧 Closures (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) (Shown in red on the graphic):
Front parking lot closed
No access to the building through any doors on the Front Street side of the building
Cedar Street (between Friendship Alley and Front Street) is closed to all traffic

🅿️ Parking & Entry
Visitors should park in designated alternative areas (shown in green on the graphic)
Public entrance will be through the Friendship Alley doors (normally employee-only access)

Commissioner’s meeting attendees
Anyone conducting business at the building

Administration Center Construction: The Montour County Administration Center will be undergoing construction. Visitors should be aware of potential construction hazards, including barricades, temporary floor coverings, ladders, tools, construction equipment, materials, and construction personnel. Please use caution at all times and follow posted signage when visiting the building.

The Parole and Probation Office collaborates with Law Enforcement, Courts, Victim organizations and community-based organizations to provide a unique blend of enforcement, justice and treatment.  The Parole and Probation Office aims to offer and extend services to address probationers’ criminogenic needs and empower them to become productive law-abiding citizens.
