To begin the Sheriff Sale process, all items listed in the SALE PACKET must be submitted together as a packet.  Also, all of the information on the DIRECTION SHEET must be completed and submitted as well.  Missing or incorrect information may result in processing delays or the packet being rejected.  Please email completed packets and documents to:

The Montour County Sheriff conducts Sheriff Sales as directed by the court.  A current list of the sales being conducted by the Montour County Sheriff can be viewed by clicking on the link below.  Please contact the office to confirm that a sale is taking place before planning to attend.
