To begin the Sheriff Sale process, all items listed in the SALE PACKET must be submitted together as a packet.  Also, all of the information on the DIRECTION SHEET must be completed and submitted as well.  Missing or incorrect information may result in processing delays or the packet being rejected.  Please email completed packets and documents to:
