Director of Planning

Montour County has an opening for Director of Planning. This position is responsible for  overseeing the operations of the Planning and Zoning Offices. Duties include reviewing and processing subdivision applications, updating applicable ordinances and plans, assuring compliance with planning codes, conducting Planning Commission meetings, and serving as the county’s representative on various boards.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with superior health benefits, retirement, paid vacation. Salary commensurate with experience.
