The Montour County Planning Commission has appointed a steering committee for the purpose of drafting a proposed amendment to the Montour County Zoning Ordinance.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Montour County has appointed a Steering Committee for the purpose of drafting a proposed Amendment to the Montour County Zoning Ordinance with regard to data centers to be presented to the Planning Commission upon completion of the same. The Steering Committee will hold an additional meeting on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.in the Montour County Administration Building located at 435 East Front Street in Danville, Pennsylvania.
